We have size charts available to help you found the correct size for the majority of our products. The size chart is always linked in the product page if available.
You can also use our pictures as reference, the different sizes that the models are wearing are usually listed in the product description. If you are still unsure and have any questions regarding the fit of a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us for further help.
Can I get next day or faster delivery?
Due to most of our products being made to order, this option is not available. In some cases, we might have products in stock and therefore the processing time will be shorter - if that is the case for your item, we will make it known in the product description or you will be notified and informed upon ordering.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The estimated shipping time for international orders can be found here.
How long will it take until I recieve my order?
This depends on what items you are ordering, the demand and your location. The estimated production + processing time is always listed in the product description.
By pre-ordering or purchasing our made-to-order items, you're ordering the item before it is produced. The production and processing for your order will not begin until later on, check the description of each pre-order/made-to-order item to know when the production and processing will start for that specific item.
Do I get charged directly when I pre-order an item?
Yes, the payment process for our pre-order and made-to-order items are the same as regular orders.
How do I return my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order has been inspected upon receiving it and it is faulty, incorrect or incomplete: please contact us within 48 hours with pictures and your order number. We will then evaluate and resolve the issue.
